"A typical local's dive bar. I was in town on business and was hungry for nachos. This was one of the only places in town with nachos that was open for lunch. I sat at the bar. There are two sides to the bar. Lots of people were on the other side. The bartender took care of me right away. I had a mixed drink and it was a strong pour. I ordered the chicken nachos. I don't recommend the chicken. It was cold and mostly gristle. I ended up picking out the meat. Warning, these nacho were HUGE! I had plenty to take back to the hotel with me."

We all enjoyed them, all commenting on what seemed like special buns! I also had the jalapeno poppers - I'd get them again. The vibe is one you would expect from a college town - vibrant. Staff was short handed but made it all work - friendly and attentive. Drinks were as expected. What was unexpected was the bill.....GREAT VALUE for what they charge. We will be heading back when we find ourselves in mid-Michigan."
